While the majority of openings are for security officers, we offer a range of opportunities appropriate to differing educational backgrounds and levels of experience. Hourly employees must possess a high school degree or its equivalent. An MBA, law enforcement or military expertise, or a CPP designation relevant to specific positions is beneficial.

Candidates for all positions must be at least 21 years of age and able to demonstrate a history of responsibility and trustworthiness.

After determining that an applicant is tentatively qualified for employment, White Mountain Security then conducts a background investigation which includes the following:

Motor vehicle check
Credit check
Criminal records check
Drug test
Psychological evaluation
Physical exam
